Christophe Grosbost
IMA (Innovation Makers Alliance)
Chief Strategy Officer, VP
Description
Christophe Grosbost is the Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of the IMA (Innovation Makers Alliance), the consortium uniting 150 major French private and public organisations—a central network driving innovation, digital transformation, and technological autonomy in France. He plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration between major corporations, startups, and public institutions.
In 2025, he spearheaded the publication of the French Manifesto for Technological Sovereignty, a strategic document outlining 33 concrete recommendations to strengthen national and European digital independence. This initiative has since catalyzed new alliances across the French tech ecosystem, prompted commitments from large corporations, and inspired government engagement on procurement policies and support for sovereign technologies.
Passionate about innovation and European technological sovereignty, Christophe leads initiatives that support and structure resilient tech ecosystems. His work focuses on shaping the future of technology through strategic vision, ecosystem development, and public-private collaboration.
Before taking on his current role in 2018, Christophe built extensive experience in strategic consulting and digital transformation, through a decade spent in London. He is a graduate of Imperial College London.
