Samuel Profumo is Chief Data Officer of RTBF, Belgium's French-language public broadcasting group, where he leads the development of algorithms for recommending content and personalising relationships with audiences. Before joining RTBF, Samuel Profumo built up his experience at Groupe Figaro in France, where he held several key positions, including Director of Operations and Director of Revenues, contributing to the group's digital transformation. At RTBF, he is working to adapt traditional media to the demands of the digital landscape by harnessing advanced data management and artificial intelligence techniques. In addition to his role at RTBF, he is also President of French Tech Brussels, and President of the Commission Numérique des Médias Publics Francophones (MFP), commitments that demonstrate his support for technological innovation and entrepreneurship within the French-speaking and European digital ecosystem.
